We’re writing to remind you that starting tomorrow on April 15, 2026, your site(s) will be upgraded to New Segments, an improved version of Segments with faster updates and smarter filters. The change will affect the following site(s):

New Segments offers improvements like near real-time segment updates (instead of once every 24 hours), segment template suggestions for faster creation, and email and phone filters that support multiple inputs. 
 
Here’s what’s changing: 
As part of this update, a few of your existing segments will change automatically.
Segments with over 10 filters will be shortened so that only the first 10 filters apply
Segments using Number of purchases or Total amount spent filters with a timeframe longer than 60 days will have the timeframe changed to In the last 60 days
Segments using Purchased product or Didn’t purchase product filters will be removed and will return in the coming weeks, but the existing segments that use them will not be restored automatically
Segments that use booking-related filters based on the booking date will automatically switch to similar filters based on the session date instead. These replacement filters may have slightly different names
To ensure your segments behave as you expect, we recommend reviewing your filters and timeframes and adjusting them as needed before the update. For detailed instructions on how to update your segments to prepare for this change, please see our Help Center article.
